Random one shot

Welcome back! In this new segment, we will highlight a character that will only appear once.
Today's character is Pierre the accordion. His only appearance is during a wild party when he jumps out the window screaming ''Anarchy!'' He speaks with a Korean accent. Pierre has an outstanding warrant, and he is yellow with red, blue, and green.
