Trivia

Hey hey hey! Comix comin' at ya with some more factoids, so get ready!

Before the internet, LOL meant lots of love.

Penguins are susceptible to depressions. Someone needs a hug!

Maybe penguins should listen to music for an hour each day. After 4 days, all traces of depression will have vanished.

Chewing gum is also proven to improve your mood, so penguins could just chew on that.

There is a book that glows in the dark. I guess you don't need a booklight for that one!

Now, take a good long look at these gumballs and get happy.
Ooh, there's a red one! I love the red ones! See, happy already!

Have a nice weekend yall! I reckon that this here happiness gave me a Western accent.

Listmania!

Today's list is a compilation of all of the things that have been seen destroying, exploding, or maiming Shrew Glasses in season 1 of Comix:

Boulders, cheese, stars, blue bellied buzzard, candelabras ( five branched ) , channels, gondolas, seals, elephants, cans, cameras, gnomes, smaller boulders, Japan, marlin, popcorn, glass, concrete ( both solid and wet ), birds ( angry or otherwise ), pixel pushers, Creeper, lasergun, netgun, donuts ( jelly ), Squiddy Lee, trap door, pistachios, and stampedes of pumpkins.

See full size image
Keep in mind that that's all from season 1 ALONE!
Shrew Glasses is more accident prone than quite possibly any character.

Also, here is a candelabra, the same type that attacked Shrew in one episode.

So, that... *BANG!* Ooh, better add shopping carts to the list. That's what he gets for shopping cart racing. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go be a hypocrite and join in the race. Comix out!

*SMASH!!!!!!!!*  Nobody was gonna buy those canned hams anyways!

Weekly weirdos

Hello, all and welcome to Weekly weirdos! This week's weirdo's are...

I-honey: A bee that is addicted to his phone.

Fail-man: A stick figure that just can't win and is often subjected to cruel and unusual injuries. His last encounter with a great white ( pelican. ) left him with two fractured eyelids, five cracked ribs, and a broken arm.

Chibit: A chibi robot. So, yeah...

Morgan Freeman: The root of all that is good. Plays himself in one episode.

Silver: A really tall bird with a bushy eyebrows and crazy eye. His color scheme alternates between pink and  red.

See full size image

If you do not know who this is, you know nothing of what I just said a couple of sentences ago. You are also an idiot. Just kidding. Still, as Morgan Freeman would want it, come back for more Comix tomorrow.

Answers and info

Before we get on with it, here are the answers to yesterday's quiz:

Question 1:   2 times

Question 2:  279,002 times

Question 3: Quakky.

Question 4:  Peep.

HARDCORE QUESTION 5: Mr. Roach.

How many did you get right? Drop a comment, but only people with Google accounts can comment. Nothing against non-Googlers.

Now, some info. Did you know? When a character is talking in the background, such as a person at a lecture, but the main focus is 2 other characters talking, the background talker will often blurt out random words, with rutebaga being a very common word. Unfortunately, the 2 characters will often drown out the noises of the first.

Moar trivia!

Even more trivia coming your way today in our 2nd trivia post of the day. Enjoy!

It's possible to cause two cool ranch Doritos to ignite by rubbing them together, though the task is difficult.

The most yolks ever found in a chicken egg was NINE.

Snapping your fingers has another name: fillip.

Speaking of second names, a gossiper of busybody is also known as a quidnunc.

A turkey, ( READ THIS: COOKED, NOT ALIVE.) will explode if you do not thaw it out before deep frying it.

As everyone knows, the nacho Dorito is responsible, and it is dismembering the cool ranch Dorito for its past crimes.

I hope you enjoyed this segment of Moar trivia, so please come back on Monday, and stay cool!

J-movie, jokes, and a jeriatric jellyfish

Hello and welcome to this lovely Dos De Mayo. Rounding off today's tripler is a J-movie plotline, with the j standing for  (read this with a fast voice!) "Just because this rips off the B-movie does not mean we are affiliated with this movie catagory or even have a fondness of b or bees. BlahblahblahPIE"

The plot is as follows:  One day, Comix Moose leaves a can of grape soda on the counter for Mr. Roach, who spends the entire episode trying to get to the can, dodging cats, potted plants and renegade pickle-jars.
After all that, as opposed to a victory, Shrew Glasses walks in and drinks the can. Oh, the non-existant irony.

And now a joke, performed by Shrew Glasses as Teacher, and Mr. Roach as Student.

Teacher: If you have 1 dollar and ask your father for another, how much do you have?
Student: 1 dollar.
Teacher: Clearly, you do not know math.
Student: Clearly, you do not know my father.
Rimshot!

Finally, a jeriatric jellyfish.See full size image

The aptly named immortal jellyfish is the only known animal capable of reverting back to its youngest form and repeating its lifecycle indefinitely. The immortal jellyfish can only die if eaten or killed.

If we could harness the ability of the immortal jellyfish, modern science would be revolutionized, but that is a project for another day, and trivia is a project for tomorrow, so see you Comix  cravers tomorrow!
