We don't do small talk at the Comix file, so I'll cut to the chase: There's a new segment here where I will rely on your views. Go back to the first post I made and view it as many times as you can. By the end of the week, I will tally the views. If there are....

10 views: Double character of the week.

30 views: NEWS FLASH.

50 views: New segment.

80 views or above: 2 posts a day for a week. Not counting Sunday.

The gist

Comix presents a new segment called the gist, in which I will list items following one theme. Today's theme is: Epic Face's science project. Bleach, lighter fluid, gasoline, ammonia, lint, 12 static jigawatts of electricity, plutoinum, magneseum, corrupted D.N.A, pop rocks, and soda. That'll be a pretty cool volcano, Epic Face!








Well, I'm gonna check if anyone survived that explosion. Take it from here Epic Face.

Character of the week

Greetings all who are of the Comix fanbase. In honor of memorial day, the Comix file's character of the week this week is Ameri-Can.

Species: Starry stripey raptor.

Appearance: A bald eagle with a torso adorned with red and white stripes, and wings and a head that are blue with white starlike markings.

Friends: Loved by all.

Job: To protect and serve.

Size: 2'0 feet tall. Wingspan of  4'0 feet across.

Food: Likes pancakes.

T.C.F is back with the lowdown on the featured short ala week. This week's nominee is.....

Plot: Epic Face recites the known species of fruit and ends up rage-quitting.

Characters: Epic Face.

Fruits named: Mandarin, apple, orange, pineapple, banana, rambutan, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, watermelon, casaba melon, grape, grapefruit, pear, lemon, tomato, passion, mango, durian, lime, coconut, dragonfruit, peach, plum, nectarine, date, pomegranate, cantaloupe, strawberry, kiwi, starfruit.

Trivia

Testing trivial boundaries, the Comix file brings you this fact:

Toucans are supposedly very lazy birds. Hey, Tikan, could you pass the chips? What do you mean they're closer to me? See what I mean? Lazy bird.  Well, I'm gonna go try to get Tikan to get out of the fruit bowl, so see you later Comix fans! No Tikan! Not the videocamera!

Battle

Hello and welcome to round one of the Comix battle. Two random characters will be pitted against each other and will endure complicated challenges. Without further ado, round one, BEGIN!!!!!!

Round one: Mr. Waffle  V.S   Slobstopper

Stats: Mr. Waffle: 78 years old with a flare for creativity. 35 pounds. Species: waffle. And in the other corner...Slobstopper: 23 years old with O.C.D.  12 pounds, species: pig.

Today the two will compete in the French dip. In this challenge, contestants will dip themselves in french toast syrup and stay in for 1 minute.

Mr. Waffle is approaching the challenge with gusto! He dove in face first!!! Slobstopper seems a bit apprehensive, what, with the sticky saturation I would be too. What's this? It appears that Slobstopper has forfeited the match, which means that Mr. Waffle wins!!!

Lets see that again. Now you'd think a pig would win this match by a longshot, but Slobstopper goes all but hog wild.

That clinches the first match, so be sure to tune in to next week's battle. It'll be a real blast!
